Orange-Broiled Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork loin or rib chops (cut 3/4-inch thick)
1/2 c. bottled steak sauce
1 tsp. finely shredded orange peel
1/4 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
6 orange slices, cut 3/8-inch thick
Preparation

Place chops on unheated rack in broiler pan. Broil 4-inches from heat 10 minutes; turn and broil 5 minutes.
