Crabmeat Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    dash of dry mustard
    red pepper
    16 oz. can crabmeat
    1/3 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Combine milk and bread crumbs.
    Gently stir in whites of hard-boiled eggs, finely sliced, and flaked crabmeat.
    Blend in hard-boiled yolks, mashed.
    Add mustard, pepper and melted butter. Form into three patties and roll in crushed Wheaties or bread crumbs.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 (hot) oven for 15 minutes.
