Jamaican Jerk Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. pork ribs
2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
1 Tbsp. onion powder
4 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation

Mix all spices together and rub all surfaces of ribs.
Grill or roast in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
