Fresh Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. pecans
    2 c. finely chopped apples (about 3 medium apples)
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients together, then add the eggs, flour, salt and soda.
    Fold in the pecans and apples.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
