Whole Wheat Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. water
    1 1/4 c. coconut or walnut meats
Preparation
    Add and mix all dry ingredients.
    Drizzle oil over and rub with hands until well blended.
    Add water; mix well.
    Knead lightly.
    Pat out on wax paper 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut into strips, then cut across making about 3-inch sticks.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
    These sticks are great for camping or traveling, as they keep for several weeks without refrigeration.
