Ingredients

2 c. chopped pecans
3 Tbsp. melted butter
3 (14 oz.) cans evaporated milk
2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 qt. milk
Preparation

Stir pecans in butter and put in oven until toasted.
Cool. Combine ingredients; mix well.
Add cooled pecans.
Pour mixture in freezer and freeze until firm.
