Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 graham crackers, crushed (or 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs from store)
    1/4 c. melted butter
    3 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. lemon juice or less to taste
Preparation
    Mix graham crackers and butter; press into pie pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
    Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar and lemon juice in large electric mixer bowl until smooth and creamy.
    Pour into pie crust and bake 15 minutes at 300\u00b0 or until done in center (test with toothpick).
