Lumpia Shanghai - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 pound lean ground pork
    1/4 pound shrimps, finely chopped
    1/3 cup water chestnuts, chopped
    4 pieces dried mushrooms, soaked then chopped
    1/2 cup spring onions, finely chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 egg
    10 -12 lumpia (eggroll) wrappers
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients.
    Add egg, soy sauce and mix thoroughly.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    At one end of lumpia wrapper, spoon about 2 Tbsp. of the pork mixture and roll tightly.
    Brush one end of wrapper with water to seal.
    Cut roll into 2 pieces.
    Deep fry till golden brown.
    Serve with hot sweet and sour sauce.
