High Energy Health Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. skim milk
    1 egg
    1 small ripe banana
    1 Tbsp. wheat germ
    2 tsp. brewer's yeast
    2 tsp. maple syrup
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in blender jar and blend for 60 seconds.
    Serve immediately.
    Yields 1 serving, 350 calories.
