Pineapple Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. oil
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift
    flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt together in a bowl and
    set
    aside.
    In a large bowl beat eggs.
    Add oil, buttermilk,
    sugar and vanilla.
    Mix well.\tAdd the dry ingredients
    and
    blend.
    Add pineapple, carrots, coconut and nuts. Mix well.
    Pour
    into
    a
    14-inch
    Dutch
    oven.
    Bake
    for 45 minutes.
    For
    the
    first
    25 minutes have 14 coals on the top and 12
    on the bottom.
    After 25 minutes remove coals from the bottom and leave 14 on the top for the rest of the time.
    When cooked, glaze with glaze recipe.
