Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) deep dish pie
    1/2 pkg. bacon
    1 small onion
    small pkg. Swiss cheese
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    salt
    cayenne pepper
    black pepper
    1 pkg. broccoli or spinach
Preparation
    Cook bacon and broccoli; chop onions.
    Pour all in the pie shell.
    Mix eggs, half and half, salt, nutmeg, both peppers (just a dash).
    Add cheese.
    Make a hole in the middle and pour the milk portion over it until it fills the pie.
    Any leftover, toss out.
