Spinach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. container Ricotta cheese
2 or 3 eggs
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella
1 pkg. chopped spinach
garlic powder or minced garlic
bread crumbs (seasoned)
Parmesan cheese (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In frying pan, saute a little oil, minced garlic and drained package of spinach.
Grease pie plate.
Sprinkle with flavored bread crumbs to cover entirely, forming a crust.
