Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. butter
    2 slices bacon
    1/2 c. onion
    1 c. carrots, sliced thin
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 c. light cream
    3 tsp. flour
    1 c. cubed and cooked potatoes
    2 (8 oz.) cans clams
    1 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Cook bacon in butter until crisp.
    Add onion and carrots; remove bacon.
    Cook onion and carrots until tender.
    Add salts, pepper and water; cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes.
    Combine milk, cream and flour; cook until thick.
    Add potatoes, bacon, parsley and clams with juice.
