Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 whole chicken breasts, split, boneless and skinned
8 slices Swiss cheese
8 slices boiled ham
1 can mushrooms
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can creamy chicken mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix, crushed fine
1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Arrange chicken in lightly buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Top each breast with a slice of cheese and a slice of ham. Saute mushrooms with 2 tablespoons margarine if fresh. Omit if mushrooms are canned. Spread over chicken. Mix soup with spoon and pour over chicken. Toss dressing with 1/2 cup melted butter and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes until browned. Serve with rice.
