Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
3 c. milk
hot sauce to taste
1/2 lb. shredded cheese
1/2 lb. diced ham
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
Preparation

Whip eggs lightly.
Combine with flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.
Add milk.
Mix smooth.
Add hot sauce.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Sprinkle ham, cheese and broccoli evenly over top.
Push below surface to keep from burning.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool 10 minutes.
Makes its own crust.
