Green Chili Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. corn tortillas
    16 oz. cottage cheese
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 or 2 small cans chopped green chilies
    1 can pitted black olives, sliced
    approximately 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    approximately 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Preparation
    Dip each corn tortilla in hot oil and layer them in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Mix the cottage cheese, sour cream, green chilies and black olives together; spread mixture on top of the tortillas.
    Top with Cheddar and Jack cheese.
    Cover with foil and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
