Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. corn meal
4 Tbsp. lemon rind
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 eggs
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) margarine
1/2 c. milk
1 pastry shell

Preparation

Mix together all ingredients (except pastry shell).
Pour into pastry shell.
