Peach Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2/3 c. milk
    1 egg
    sliced fresh peaches
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
    Cut in batter with 2 knives.
    Beat egg and add to milk.
    Mix all together.
    Grease two 9-inch cake pans.
    Press dough in pan like you would pizza dough.
    Place sliced peaches on top of dough.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
