California Blend Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen California Blend vegetables
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    20 to 24 Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Cook vegetables as directed; drain and pour into 13 x 9-inch baking dish; put sliced cheese on top.
    Melt butter; add crushed crackers.
    Put on top of cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes until cheese is bubbling.
