Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 can water chestnuts
1 1/2 c. fat-free mayo
1/2 to 3/4 c. fat-free sour cream
