Blueberry Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Cream together shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Blend together both mixtures.
Add milk.
Put in blueberries.
Stir just until blended.
Put into lined cupcake tins.
Bake until done, about 20 to 25 minutes.
