Chicken With Apricot Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut into pieces
    1/4 c. seasoned flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. apricot jam
    1 tsp. marjoram
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 large green pepper, cut into 1/2-inch squares
    1 (16 oz.) can whole apricots, peeled, with juice (there should be 1 1/2 cups juice)
Preparation
    Wash and dry chicken.
    Coat with flour.
    In a large skillet, brown each piece in heated margarine and oil.
    After browning, coat chicken pieces with apricot jam.
    Combine marjoram, lemon rind, soy sauce and apricot juice.
    Pour over chicken.
