Cajun Pork Braid - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground pork (may use ground beef, if preferred)
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 to 1 Tbsp. ground red pepper (according to taste)
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
1 egg, beaten
8 oz. can croissant rolls
Preparation

Brown ground pork, drain.
Add celery, bell pepper, onion, garlic and cook until tender.
Stir in cream cheese, salt, ground red pepper, parsley and green onion.
Cook approximately 15 minutes, or until cream cheese is very soft and all ingredients well combined.
