Mattie'S Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. beef stew
1/2 tsp. salt, pepper, chili powder and garlic powder
1 chopped bell pepper
1 chopped large onion
3 large stalks celery
1 pkg. mixed vegetables (large)
3 large white potatoes, cubed
1 large can diced tomatoes
2 cans tomato sauce
4 to 6 c. water
2 beef bouillon
Preparation

Cover stew with 4 to 6 cups water and boil until tender.
Set meat aside.
Cook vegetables (except potatoes).
Add seasonings, tomatoes, tomato sauce and simmer until vegetables are tender.
Add potatoes.
Mix meat with vegetables.
Add more water if needed. Add bouillon and simmer until flavors mix, 30 to 35 minutes on low heat.
