Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. chicken
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 lg. jar cheese whiz
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 bag doritos
Preparation

Boil chicken until done.
Save a half cup of chicken broth. Cut chicken into small pieces.
In a boiler, heat cheese whiz, broth, soup and chili powder.
Crunch up doritos.
In a 9x13 in. casserole dish, layer doritos on bottom, then the chicken.
Pour heated mixture over chicken.
Then put rest of doritos on top. Cook on 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
