A.M. Sausage Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 to 1 lb. pork sausage
    1 c. milk
    8 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. croutons
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain off excess fat.
    Place in an 8-inch square pan.
    Beat eggs, milk and salt together.
    Add cheese and pour over sausage.
    Top with croutons, pushing them down into the mixture.
    Bake covered at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Cut into squares.
