Gingered Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sirloin steak, cut into strips
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
dash of pepper
1 small onion, sliced
1 medium green pepper, cut in strips
Preparation

Place meat, mushrooms, garlic and oil in a 2-quart casserole. Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave on High for 6 to 8 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink.
Stir halfway through cooking.
