Microwave Country Corn Bread Or Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. corn meal
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. buttermilk or yogurt
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
    In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients, then add to dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
    Pour into 8-inch glass baking dish (microwave).
    Cook on 50 (simmer) 10 minutes.
    Cook on High (maximum power) 2 to 4 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
