Dilled Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. green beans
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1 c. water
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1/4 c. coarsely chopped fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried dill weed (I recommend using fresh dill)
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    1/4 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Drop beans in boiling salted water and boil or steam for 1 minute.
    Drain well and immerse immediately in cold water.
    When beans have cooled, drain again, then pat dry.
    Place in a large glass dish.
