Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 2/3 c. milk, scalded
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
    nutmeg
    pastry for 9-inch deep pie
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Fill pie shell; sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, just until knife comes out clean.
