Country Hamburgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. good quality ground beef
9 to 10 well broken saltines
1 large egg
3 to 4 shakes pepper
Preparation

Mix ingredients all together well.
Form 5 to 6 balls a little larger than a golf ball, then pat down to a patty size.
Grill or fry to taste.
Do not squeeze out juices while cooking.
Makes 5 to 6 patties.
