Fruit Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 roll Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    4 oz. carton Cool Whip
    fresh fruit (seedless grapes, bananas, strawberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges, etc.)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Slice off cookie dough and press onto pizza pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
    Set aside to cool.
    Blend together cream cheese and Cool Whip.
    Spread on cooled crust.
    Drain all fruit well. Slice and place on cream cheese mixture.
    Stir and cook last 6 ingredients.
    Let come to boil; boil for 1 minute (or until thickened).
    Cool.
    Spoon over sliced fruit already placed on cream mixture.
