Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices white bread, cut diagonally
    6 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/3 c. raisins
Preparation
    Stagger bread slices in a 12 x 6 x 2 1/2-inch baking dish, crust side up. Combine next 7 ingredients until well blended. Pour over bread slices. Sprinkle with raisins.
    Place baking dish in a large baking pan.
    Pour hot water in pan until about 1-inch deep. Place in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 and bake 1 hour.
