Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. canned creamed corn
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 lb. browned ground beef
    1 large onion, diced
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 hot pepper, chopped
Preparation
    After browning ground beef, onion and pepper, add to cornmeal, eggs, milk, creamed corn and grated cheese.
    Mix all together. Pour into greased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 to 1 hour or until done.
