Dad'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated carrots
2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
15 oz. can pineapple, drained
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. ground walnuts
1 tsp. grated orange peel
Preparation

Cream eggs, sugar and oil.
Add flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Mix well.
Add pineapple, carrots, raisins, walnuts and orange peel.
Pour batter into greased and floured 9-inch pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched or toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
