Lemon Pecan Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pecans (do not chop)
1 lb. flour (4 c.)
2 oz. (4 Tbsp.) lemon flavoring
1 lb. butter
6 eggs
1 lb. white raisins (do not substitute)
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time; beat well. Add other ingredients and bake in tube pan lined with wax paper and buttered sides.
Bake 2 hours in 250\u00b0 oven.
Let stand a day before cutting.
Wrap and keep in refrigerator.
