Giblet Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. milk
    2 boiled eggs
    2 c. chicken stock (juice from a boiled chicken)
Preparation
    Melt butter; add flour to melted butter.
    Add chicken stock, eggs and milk.
    Cook until medium thick (about 5 minutes).
    Makes 1 1/2 cups.
