Chile Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can whole green chiles (mild)
    3/4 lb. medium Cheddar cheese, shredded
    3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1 (7 oz.) can diced green chiles
    8 eggs
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    salsa (to serve)
Preparation
    Split whole chiles lengthwise and remove seeds under cold water.
    Lay chiles flat in bottom of pan, sprayed with Pam.
    Mix cheeses.
    Top chiles with a layer until chiles and cheese are used.
    Beat together the eggs, dry mustard and evaporated milk. Pour over cheese and chili mixture.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch dish at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, until knife inserted comes out clean. Serve with salsa.
    Serves 8.
