Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. potatoes, peeled and grated
1 small onion
2 to 3 Tbsp. sour cream
4 to 6 Tbsp. flour
1 egg, whipped
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix ingredients together.
Drop into hot oil and fry approximately 4 minutes on each side.
(You can also grate carrots and/or zucchini into mixture.)
