Chicken With Cranberries - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cut up chicken
1 pkg. fresh or frozen cranberries
1/3 c. flour
salt to taste
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. grated orange peel
3/4 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Coat chicken pieces in flour, brown in oil and butter and set aside.
In a saucepan combine rest of ingredients, bringing to a boil.
Pour over chicken and cook for 35 to 40 minutes and serve. Rice goes well.
