Bruschetta Al Fresca - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. seeded and chopped tomatoes
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. seasoned pepper
1 loaf French baguette bread, cut diagonally into 1/2-inch slices
Lawry's garlic spread
Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation

In medium bowl, gently mix together first 5 ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
Spread baguette slices with garlic spread; broil until lightly brown and bubbly, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Top each slice with 1 tablespoon tomato mixture and garnish with cheese.
