Chicken And Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 broiler-fryer, cut up and skin removed
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 to 4 medium potatoes, cut up
2 medium onions, sliced
1 large can tomatoes
1/4 c. minced green pepper
1/4 c. minced celery
1 c. chicken stock
oregano, basil and black pepper
Preparation

Brown chicken pieces in frypan.
After browning, place in baking pan.
Sprinkle with garlic powder.
Place potatoes and onions in pan.
In saucepan, stew tomatoes with green pepper, celery, chicken stock and seasonings.
(Simmer until vegetables are tender.)
Pour over chicken, onions and potatoes.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Uncover and bake 25 minutes longer, basting with sauce.
Serves 4.
