Boiled Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. sweet milk
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Into double boiler, put the milk to get hot (not boil).
Beat the eggs and add sugar and mix well.
Pour a small portion of hot milk into egg mixture, then add back into milk in double boiler, stirring until thickened.
Add vanilla flavoring.
Set aside to cool the custard before serving.
