Lemon Icebox Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 graham cracker pie crust
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
4 large lemons, squeeze juice and pulp (seeds removed)
1 medium Cool Whip
2 egg yolks (only, no whites)
Preparation

Mix condensed milk, egg yolks and lemon juice and pulp together until it begins to thicken.
Pour into pie crust and top with Cool Whip.
Refrigerate for at least 3 to 4 hours so that it will set up.
