Dilly Carrot Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 jar (16 oz.) sliced carrots, drained
1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. tomato catsup
1/4 tsp. crushed dill weed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. ground pepper
Preparation

Place ingredients in food processor, cover and process with metal blade until smooth.
Serve with assorted crackers and vegetable dippers.
Or cover and store in refrigerator until ready to use.
Stir before serving.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
