Stir-Fry Low-Fat Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless chicken
    carrots
    broccoli
    cauliflower
    soy sauce or olive oil
    1 cube chicken bouillon
    green onions (optional)
    3/4 c. water
    Minute rice
Preparation
    Cut up chicken; simmer in soy sauce or olive oil until semi-done.
    Cut up carrots and put in chicken (add 1 chicken cube dissolved in 3/4 cup of water).
    Add broccoli, cauliflower and green onions (optional).
    Simmer until tender.
    Cook rice and put into mixture; add soy sauce as needed.
