Lasagne Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. low-fat Ricotta cheese
    1 egg
    1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
    9 uncooked lasagne noodles
    3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a medium bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
    Spread 1/3 of spaghetti sauce over bottom of a baking dish.
    Cover with 3 uncooked noodles.
    Top with half Ricotta cheese mixture and then sprinkle with 1 cup Mozzarella cheese.
    Repeat steps until all noodles are used.
    Cover with foil and bake 45 to 50 minutes or until noodles are tender.
