Aunt Ethel Stayton'S Chocolate Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
salt
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. milk

Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients; stir in milk.
Cook over moderate heat until it thickens and boils 1 minute.
Remove from heat. Stir half of mixture into beaten yolks.
Return to mixture and boil 1 minute.
Add butter.
Pour into baked pie shell.
