Tomato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 count) can Hungry Jack biscuits
    3 or 4 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
    3 or 4 green onions, sliced
    1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped, fresh basil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese (can use jalapeno variety)
Preparation
    Line bottom of a 10-inch pie pan (not sides) with biscuits. Press them to make a solid crust.
    Cover crust with tomato slices. Sprinkle with green onions, basil, salt and pepper.
    Combine mayonnaise and grated cheese; frost tomato pie (going to pan rim). Bake in a preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until top has begun to brown.
    Let cool before cutting into wedges to serve. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
