Ingredients

4 large potatoes
1 small onion
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 Tbsp. flour
fat for frying
Preparation

Peel and grate potatoes and onion into milk. Mix with remaining ingredients, except fat. Drop by tablespoons into hot fat in skillet. Brown on both sides and serve at once.
Makes 6 servings.
